Avondale Gardens

The site is a large green-field allotment of 13.68 hectares, immediately adjacent to residential development zones. Our design has created a ‘park environment’ that creates many micro-environments for residence to enjoy and interact with.

At the core of the site is the central community space that has a putting green, amphi-theatre, outdoor chess tables and a herb and vegetable gardens for the residence to nurture.

Stage One comprises of 244 High care beds in two separate two storey buildings and 108 Low Care beds in two separate two-storey buildings. Stage Two is for 20 self-care villas.

The latest ESD technology and systems have been used for site containment and recycling of all site waste due to the environmentally sensitive conditions of the site and its natural untouched surrounds. This creates a facility that will be almost completely self-sufficient in its daily function.
