Alexander Nursing Home

We completely rejuvenated a timeworn facility with 37 high care beds, many in 6-bed room configurations, redesigning it into an attractive new living environment encompassing a holistic approach to the clients’ requirements.

The result is a sophisticated seniors living facility incorporating 57 beds into single and double rooms, all with ensuites. This redesign took full advantage of a northerly aspect that lets natural light flow across elegant living and dining areas and connect to new outdoor living spaces and gardens.

In leading this transformation we created premium quality facilities, meeting areas and office space with new kitchen and laundry facilities and secure underground parking for both visitors and staff.

Stage 2, being a new wing that houses 25 new residence rooms and associated living/dining/media spaces will soon be under construction.
