An architecturally inspired array of apartments integrating the concept of modern and sophisticated urban living with the physical attributes of the site. On a hilltop corner block every apartment faces north to capture natural light and afternoon sea breezes flowing across deep verandas while taking in views stretching from Bondi to the Sydney CBD.

These combinations of 1- and 2-bedroom units, each with internal access to underground security parking, were designed to include luxurious ensuites as well as ultra-modern kitchens encompassing state of the art appliances. The overall living environment is enhanced by artfully designed private courtyards.
