North Richmond Community Centre

The new community centre is the centre piece and the final piece to the puzzle of a large independent living village that has been in the making for the last 5 years. The community centre is the centre piece for the whole village site that accommodates a 80 bed residential care building and is surrounded by 140 independent living homes.

The community centre has several areas for residence to enjoy and has all the required facilities that give it flexibility for its uses, eg: a large kitchen for gatherings, a gym that is part of the indoor 25m pool that opens onto a large terraced area.
