Warners Avenue,  Willoughby

This block had an existing house on the high side of the site. The brief was to create another free standing house on the southern lower section of the site. A single storey contemporary residence was created that contains four bedrooms in one wing and a large open living/dining space in the other wing that captures the northern light and breezes but also gives privacy from the existing house.
