Port Willunga - House 2, South Australia

This is a single storey house, reminiscent of the modest beach houses of the area, on a beach front site on the edge of a national park. The plan is for two wings (entertaining and sleeping) joined with a central spine, being a wall of joinery including the kitchen. These wings have been spliced to create outdoor areas at the front and back. Local materials are to be used that would weather naturally and let the house blend into its surrounds.
