The existing house is a large federation style house that has fantastic 180° views of Sydney Harbour and the city. The proposed contemporary open plan living/dining/kitchen areas take advantage of these views and also give a new connection to the rear garden, new pool and covered terraces. The ‘volume’ of the new section has been designed to draw in natural light and ventilation.
