People

We have between four and six core staff with the skills and experience required to make each project a success.  We have a good understanding of each member’s particular skills, and carefully select the appropriate people for each project before work begins. We also have an experienced selection of external sub-contractors that we employ directly when needed. From the onset, our clients have a constant point of contact throughout the project’s design, documentation and construction.

John is a principal and senior partner of McNally Architects Pty Ltd. John has extensive experience in many areas of architecture. During his long career he developed a particular interest/expertise in aged care, community, residential, school and commercial/industrial architecture. He is involved with master planning and concept planning for all larger projects.

James has been a principal of McNally Architects Pty Ltd since its inception in 2001. He has more than 15 years experience in the industry. His areas of expertise include residential, retail and commercial development. Having developed his skills in a variety of firms, James is committed to providing a strong involvement in all design work produced in the office. He has extensive construction and contract administration experience in large aged care facilities through to individual houses. He is always accessible by clients and is up to date on each project’s progress and status.
