A new three storey commercial and residential infill development.

The proposal is for a ground floor ‘shop-front’ that will be used for a small retail or professional suites. Above the commercial space is a two storey residents that has a central courtyard on the first floor that separates the front living/dining areas from the back bedroom section of the unit. The courtyard is also a private open entertaining space that acts as a light well and naturally ventilates the residence. The upper floor that contains two more bedrooms capture city views.
