Avondale Gardens, Dapto

This is a ‘green-field’ site that we have master planned into a five building aged care facility. Four of the buildings are two storey residences and the fifth is a services building that incorporates the commercial kitchen and laundry as well as site maintenance sheds. The design incorporates landscaping , and maintaining a ‘pedestrian friendly parkland’. The whole site and buildings are also environmentally sustainable as the location is next to an ecologically sensitive environment. Future expansion has been designed into the master plan.
