Kilbride Nursing Home, Rosemeadow

The existing facility has 109 high care beds many which are in 4 bed configuration with outdated communal bathrooms. The facility is being extensively upgraded and refurbished.

Our proposal is for two new wings that add 95 beds, being low, high care and dementia beds. The total accommodation will be 161 beds. Each floor has strategically placed living/dining areas that connect all residence rooms, helping to create a community environment for residence to interact. Thirty new underground carparking spaces are being added. A new kitchen and laundry have been incorporated into the design to service the new facility.

Construction started January 2009.
