Bankstown Aged Care, Greenacre

A 145 high care facility. An existing private hospital (non operational) was to be converted to 107 bed high care nursing home. Stage 1 - one wing containing operating theatres etc was extensively altered while the other two wings required upgrading. A new kitchen and laundry were provided. Stage 2 - a new two storey wing containing 45 low care beds was added to the rear and connected to the existing facility.
