Bankstown Aged Care, Greenacre

The site contained a redundant private hospital that was converted to a 107 bed high care nursing home. This required extensive re-planning and upgrade of the hospital buildings.

Stage 1 - one wing containing operating theatres etc was extensively altered while the other two wings required upgrading. A new kitchen and laundry were provided.

Stage 2 - a new two storey wing containing 45 low care beds was added.

Completed and operational - 2006.
