Avondale Gardens, Dapto

The site is a large vacant allotment of 13.68 hectares, immediately adjacent to a residential development.

Our design has created a 'park environment' that creates many micro-environments for residence to enjoy and interact with. At the core of the site is the central community space that has a putting green, amphitheatre, outdoor chess tables and a herb garden for the residence to nurture.

Stage one comprises of 244 high care beds in two separate two storey buildings and 108 low care beds in two separate two storey buildings.

Stage two is for 20 self-care villas.

The latest ESD technology and systems have been used for site containment and recycling of all site waste due to the environmentally sensitive conditions.
