Albert Court Nursing Home, Edgecliff

This is an existing 37 low care bed facility. The brief is to upgrade the facility as there is insufficient ancillary spaces for the facility to operate and also the facility is asking the Commonwealth for ‘Extra Services’ certification. The brief is also to expand the facility to maximize bed numbers. The outcome is an additional 32 beds on the first floor and a new second floor. The external facades of the facility have also been upgraded and ‘modernized’.
